Coca-Cola is recalling some of its drinks in Europe due to safety concerns. Tests found high levels of chlorate, a chemical that comes from cleaning water. Popular drinks like Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, and Fuze Tea are part of the recall.

Why Is This a Problem?
Chlorate can be harmful to your health, especially for kids and babies. It can affect the thyroid, damage kidneys, and make it harder for the body to absorb oxygen.
Which Drinks Are Affected?
The recall includes drinks with production codes between 328 GE and 338 GE. You can find these codes on the bottom of cans or on the labels of glass bottles. These drinks were sold in countries like Belgium, Germany, France, the UK, and others.
What Should You Do?
If you have any of these drinks, don’t drink them. Return them to the store where you bought them to get a refund. Coca-Cola says most of the recalled drinks are already off store shelves, but they’re working to collect any that remain.
Coca-Cola’s Response
The company says it’s doing everything it can to ensure its products are safe. They’re removing the remaining recalled drinks and want to reassure customers about their commitment to quality.
How to Stay Safe
Check the drinks in your home. If you find any of the affected ones, take them back to the store for a refund. Stay updated on this situation and keep an eye out for any new information.
